Package Inclusions

  • Daily breakfast for two (2) persons (except Family Suite configuration as applicable)
  • RM100.00 F&B Voucher per room per stay, valid for use at the Resort’s F&B outlets only
    • Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and must be utilised during the stay
    • Any unused value will be forfeited and any excess spending will be borne by the guest
  • Non-alcoholic welcome drink upon arrival
  • In-room coffee and tea making facilities
  • Drinking water via 3M filtration system in all rooms, suites, and villas
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout guest rooms and public areas

3. General Policies

  • All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be imposed for any violation.

4. Taxes & Government Charges

  • Langkawi Tourism Fee is payable in accordance with the Local Government Act 1976 and collected on behalf of the Langkawi Municipal Council
  • Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 per room per night is applicable to all foreign passport holders, in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 (effective 1 September 2017), inclusive of complimentary or bonus nights
  • All taxes and fees are not included in the package price and are payable directly to the Hotel upon check-in.
  • A refundable security deposit of RM200.00 per room per stay is required upon check-in. The deposit will be returned upon departure, subject to inspection and settlement of any incidental charges.

Occupancy Policy

  • Package rates are strictly based on two (2) persons per room inclusive of breakfast, except for Family Suite, which accommodates a higher occupancy as per room configuration.
  • Any additional person beyond the standard occupancy will be subject to applicable extra person charges.
  • Should the number of occupants exceed the maximum room capacity, the Hotel reserves the right to require guests to reserve an additional room for safety and comfort.
  • Additional charges will vary based on the room category and selected inclusions (e.g. extra bed, breakfast, amenities).
